1. Overview
PixelKit is a digital software product. You may fully experience its core features through the free version before purchasing. Even after purchasing Pro, you may request a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase
- Cases where the product cannot be used properly due to a technical defect
- Cases where the provided features differ significantly from the description
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase
- Change of mind (a free version is available for prior evaluation)
- Cases where the license key has already been activated and used normally
4. Refund Procedure

- Please include your order number, purchase email, and reason for the refund.
- Requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Upon completion of the refund, the associated license key will be deactivated immediately.
