1. Overview

PixelKit is a digital software product. You may fully experience its core features through the free version before purchasing. Even after purchasing Pro, you may request a refund in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of purchase
  • Cases where the product cannot be used properly due to a technical defect
  • Cases where the provided features differ significantly from the description

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the date of purchase
  • Change of mind (a free version is available for prior evaluation)
  • Cases where the license key has already been activated and used normally

4. Refund Procedure

  2. Please include your order number, purchase email, and reason for the refund.
  3. Requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Upon completion of the refund, the associated license key will be deactivated immediately.
